Elizabeth Koumparos - Partner
Liz became a Partner in 1995 after a number of years experience with Parfitt & Co., a predecessor firm, with whom she qualified. Prior to this, she spent several years in industry and in the government sector, including the Inland Revenue.
Her primary responsibility is advising owner managers ranging from new start-ups to major UK subsidiaries of global organisations. She advises clients on a broad range of issues including tax planning, acquisitions and disposals and strategic business planning. Liz also specialises in business and tax support services to the IT sector.

David Coupland - Partner
David is a Chartered Accountant who joined the firm as a Consultant in 2003 and became a partner in 2004. Having worked in industry for many years David has considerable commercial experience. He has been Finance Director of a number of companies including Gatwick Airport Limited, the main operating company and owner of the airport. He now specialises in financial planning, business plans and cash flow forecasting for loan and investment purposes. He is also available for interim financial management and accounting to companies and sole traders.

James Brooks – Audit Manager
James joined PPK in 2003 and qualified in 2006. He previously worked for T J Pinton Chartered Accountants, which was later incorporated into PPK, and has extensive experience of servicing a mixed portfolio of clients. He now manages the Audit department.
